Jérôme Frugère

Jérome is the founder of Agrilys. Former high school teacher in farming programs, he believes an international experience is a strong educational tool. He created the agency in order to provide help to other teachers that share his conviction.

« When I was teaching at the Ministry of Agriculture, school headmasters and teachers in charge of international mobility would come to me with questions such as: How can we find technical visits abroad each year? How to perpetuate our tradition of study tours abroad without relying only on teachers’ good will? Agrilys had a raison d’être and was created in 2009. »

Claire Barneron

Claire comes from a family of pig farmers in Charente, she has a degree in agriculture and has travelled the world. She joined Agrilys in 2011 as the first employee. She liked the job so much that she is now Jerome’s partner in the company !

Céline Rauch

Céline joined Claire and Jerome to take care of the growing demand in school trips. Her training in agriculture, as well as her experience in developing international relations and student mobility in farming schools in Europe and Canada, make her the perfect match for the team.

Pauline Baron

Pauline joined Agrilys in 2014. Her eperience in logistics and management is the key ingredient for the organisation of « tailor-made » trips !

Noémie Berthelot

Noémie joined our team in 2014, as a trainee for her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism. She is now studying for a Master’s degree and working for the agency as an apprentice.

Raphaël Viret

Raphaël arrived in the Paris team in July 2017 and is supporting Claire and Pauline in production of tours, both outbound and inbound.

Mélanie Perrot

Mélanie joined in the team in Rennes in June 2017 and is supporting Céline and Noémie in production of outbound tours for the schools.
